What is the Pastor’s Wives Cohort?
The Pastor’s Wives Cohort: Navigating the Unique Journey Together is an 8-week virtual series designed to support, encourage, and equip pastor’s wives.
Each week, we’ll feature a live teaching from incredible speakers, followed by small group discussions led by Anchored Virtual biblical counselors. This is a space to connect, grow, and be reminded that you are not alone in this journey.
When does the teaching session take place?
The teaching session runs from May 1 – June 19, with weekly live sessions on Thursdays from 12:00-1:00 PM CST.
Can’t make it live? No worries! All sessions will be recorded and available to registered participants.
How do the small groups work?
Each participant will be in a small group of 8-10 women, facilitated by an Anchored Virtual biblical counselor. These groups will provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for deeper discussion, prayer, and encouragement throughout the week.
What is the WhatsApp large group for?
In addition to your small group, you’ll also be added to a larger WhatsApp community with all cohort members. This is a space for sharing resources, encouragement, and updates throughout the 8 weeks. While the large group is more general, the small groups are designed for deeper connection and discussion.
Are there confidentiality rules in the groups?
Yes! Confidentiality is a top priority in both the large and small groups. What is shared in the small groups should stay within the group. We ask all participants to honor and respect each other’s privacy so that everyone feels safe to be open and vulnerable. Your cohort leader will send you a confidentiality form to sign.
Can I form my own group instead of joining one?
Absolutely! If you already have a group of pastor’s wives who would like to go through the cohort together, you are welcome to form your own small group and go through the material at your own pace. You can also select your own Anchored Virtual biblical counselor to guide your discussions if you prefer.
This cohort is for any pastor’s wife looking for encouragement, support, and community. No matter your husband’s role—whether he’s a lay pastor, executive pastor, worship pastor, elder, or serves in another pastoral position—you are welcome to join. This space is designed to meet you where you are, offering connection and guidance for the unique journey of ministry life.
Do I get a discount if I form my own group?
Yes! If you create a group of 10 women, you will receive a 10% discount on registration.
What if my group doesn’t fill up?
For a new group to be formed, there must be at least 8 women committed to the same time slot. If your selected time does not fill up, we will give you alternative time options to choose from.
What if I want additional one-on-one support?
All cohort participants receive 10% off individual counseling through Anchored Virtual for the remainder of 2025. If you’d like personal counseling sessions, you can book with one of our licensed, biblically grounded counselors at any time.
How much does it cost to join?
The cost to participate in the cohort is $400. This includes access to all 8 live and recorded sessions, 8 small group discussions with an Anchored counselor, a 2025 discount on continued counseling and the WhatsApp community.
